"I worked with Coach KP to discover my own leadership style and how I wanted to change into to women i am now. She is an excellent listener and hones in on key words from my descriptions. Keisha gives excellent perspective on work situations, marriage perspective and offers alternative ways to view things. Every session is actionable, and she kept me accountable by assigning homework in which I had to practice using different tools in specific work situations. One particularly impactful session, Keisha walked me through a visualization exercise in which I was able to see myself in 6 months, and that gave me a lot of understanding on what I need to do, and how I was going to accomplish my goals. I've worked with people previously, and none of them came close to the kind of impact that Keisha had on me during our time together. Best of all, I didn't feel like I was talking to a therapist, I felt I was talking to a wise and funny friend. We planned and pictured a fairytale relationship just like the average couple would! However no relationship is perfect not even the ones in books. Anything worth fighting for requires work and effort! Our end goal is marriage and a well routed family. We both agreed on therapy to better communicate and learn more about each other. We chose Coaching With A Purpose because our relationship is worth grooming and maintaining a healthy foundation. We both have never done this before and surprisingly amazed at the results our relationship has benefited this far!!
